Shimano Baitrunner X-Aero 4000 FB Reel

Shimano Baitrunner X-Aero 4000 FB Reel

The Shimano Baitrunner X-Aero 4000 FB is a compact freespool reel designed for feeder fishing, specimen fishing and carp fishing on small to medium-sized waters. The Baitrunner system allows line to be released under controlled tension when a fish takes the bait, while turning the handle instantly engages the front drag. X-SHIP gearing delivers smooth, efficient winding under load, and the S A-RB bearings help ensure smooth operation and high durability.

The large-diameter AR-C spool improves casting performance and can be used with both thicker monofilament and fine braided line. The two-speed oscillation system ensures even line lay, while the XT-7 construction keeps the reel lightweight and durable. The reel comes with a spare spool and has a maximum drag force of 8kg.
