Shimano Baitrunner DL-FB is a freespool reel from the mini Baitrunner range, designed for feeder and finesse fishing. The smoke-grey XT-7 body and XT-7 rotor provide strength and low weight, while the aluminium spool is complemented by a spare XT-7 spool. The Baitrunner mechanism allows controlled release of line before the front drag engages, offering precise control during the fight.

The reel is equipped with Floating Shaft II for smooth operation and correct line lay. The AR-C spool, with an angled lip, improves casting and works together with the Varispeed system for even line lay, whether using monofilament or braid. The 4.8:1 gear ratio delivers good cranking power, and the solid construction allows use in a variety of fishing situations.
