Besides the aesthetic changes that immediately catch the eye, the new Aerlex models are now equipped with the "Instant Drag" brake, a feature highly appreciated by carp anglers.

Being a reel intended mainly for spodding, the main focus during production was fast retrieval (5.3:1), so the cycle of loading rockets, casting, and retrieving will happen in much less time. Additionally, the spool now features 3 clips, extremely useful for those who spod in multiple spots and at different distances from the bank.
