The Z-Man Diezel MinnowZ shad is recommended for fishing for perch, pike, and cod. Its body shape, scale imitation, and dorsal fin give the lure a realistic appearance. The rocking motion and lateral oscillation, combined with the paddle tail shape, provide the shad with a natural movement that generates vibrations attracting predatory fish.

It can be rigged with round jigs or football jigs size 2/0 or 3/0. The specially cut channel in the ventral area of the body facilitates effortless and correct rigging with offset hooks size 3/0 or 4/0, allowing fishing and exploring areas with hard obstacles, submerged vegetation, or debris.

The ElaZtech material used to make these shads is soft and flexible, being 10 times more durable than traditional plastics.
