The Carp Spirit Locking Butt Grip S is a self-locking rear support designed to securely hold the rod handle on a rod pod or buzz bar. The clamp-style system keeps the rod steady in the rest, reducing the risk of it slipping during fishing.

The mechanism automatically releases when the rod is lifted, allowing quick pickup at a bite without having to manually operate the rest. Contact areas feature molded non-slip inserts that improve grip on the rod handle.

The S version is intended for rods with handles up to 16mm in diameter. The 3/8 BSF stainless steel thread allows mounting on most common rod pods, buzz bars or banksticks, and an alignment ring and rubber washer are included.
