The Salmo Slider was introduced many years ago, becoming legendary among predator anglers. It's no surprise that this lure has broken numerous personal records for anglers (both beginners and competitors). The Salmo Rattlin' Slider features the same proven action of the Slider lure, but this model has been enhanced internally with a special chamber containing rattling metal balls, designed to produce low-frequency vibrations, while the aerodynamic shape further facilitates casting over considerable distances.

Casting the Slider lures brought a new level of quality to the world of artificial baits. Retrieving this lure is very easy; any retrieval technique is effective, and the lure’s movement will mimic that of an injured prey fish. The colder the water, the more each movement should be accompanied by a fairly long pause (up to 3 seconds).

It is recommended for pike fishing; usually, the Slider is worked using a regular series of sharp, aggressive rod jerks, while maintaining a fast retrieval. Before using this lure, it is advisable to cast it a few times in clear water to observe its behavior (to improve fishing technique with this bait).
