The Ryobi Zauber LT reel is a modernized and optimized version of the Zauber series, developed for light fishing and for anglers seeking a balance between low weight, durability and precise performance. The model retains the construction features that made the series renowned over time, while being upgraded with current materials and technologies to improve in-use performance.

The reel body is made from NCRT material, a low-weight, high-stiffness composite designed to resist deformation and torsion during use. The internal mechanism is built for smooth and quiet operation, and the stainless steel bearing system contributes to stability and fluidity during retrieval.

The Ryobi Zauber LT uses a slow oscillation system for line lay, a configuration that allows even, parallel distribution of line on the spool. This system helps achieve more accurate casts and reduces the risk of line tangles. The aluminum spool features an optimized lip for easy line release during casting.

The front drag is equipped with carbon discs, allowing progressive adjustments and controlled line release during the fight, including when using thin lines. The screw-in handle is threaded directly into the main gear, reducing mechanical play and offering more precise control during retrieval.
