RoyPow is one of the very few battery manufacturers that also own a dedicated cell production factory, BMS, and custom software. This is EVE Energy, with each battery model equipped with high-performance EVE cells. These batteries are much lighter than traditional lead-acid batteries available on the market. RoyPow batteries are very easy to use, with the manufacturer referring to them as "plug & use". LiFePO4 batteries have very high thermal and chemical stability, an IP67 moisture resistance rating, and multiple built-in protection systems against overcharging, overdischarging, excessive heating, and short circuit protection.

RoyPow batteries require no maintenance. They are weather-resistant and have self-heating systems, making them more tolerant to cold weather. The parameters of Roypow LifePo4 batteries can be monitored via a phone app, connecting through Bluetooth technology. Optionally, Roypow LifePo4 can function as a Wi-Fi router. The battery has a built-in wireless data terminal that can automatically switch to available global network operators.
