After extensive testing, Rapala engineers have enhanced the X-Rap Countdown model into a fully versatile lure, allowing anglers to fish consistently at any depth. Rapala introduced the Countdown long ago, and since then, it has been a reliable lure that, combined with technique, has enabled anglers to reach fish at all depths more often. The X-Rap Countdown swims with a strong rolling action during retrieval.

The compact design ensures aggressive action in the water, while the uniform construction provides a consistent sinking rate. The lure comes equipped with two very sharp VMC Black Nickel Round Bend treble hooks. Precise action, detailed finishes, and proven color variations make this lure an excellent choice for any predator angler. Each lure is tested in a special tank and handcrafted.
