The Rapala Jointed is a balsa wood lure available in a wide range of natural and eye-catching colours. Designed for targeting predatory species such as trout, chub, perch, zander and pike, it is suitable for fishing both lakes and rivers. Its articulated two-piece body produces a wide, lively action that imitates the movements of an injured baitfish, even at slow retrieve speeds.

The lure has a diving lip that allows it to run at depths of 1.2 to 1.8m, depending on retrieve speed. The balsa wood body provides positive buoyancy, allowing the lure to rise towards the surface during pauses. Two VMC Black Nickel treble hooks provide effective hook-ups, and each lure is hand-tuned and tank-tested to ensure proper action in the water.
