The Rapala 90 Years Shad Rap Mid Bright Perch Specialist is an anniversary set created to celebrate Rapala's 90 years of history. The collection brings together three representative balsa lures that mark the brand's evolution, from the classic Shad Rap to the modern Shad Rap Elite construction.

The set contains two Shad Rap SR7 lures of 7cm, in VINFT and ROL variants, alongside a Shad Rap Elite SRE75 of 7.5cm in GDCP finish. The two Shad Rap generations retain the balsa construction and the natural action that made this Rapala lure family famous, with the Elite version bringing a modern build and finish.

Besides the three functional lures, the package also includes an unfinished Countdown CD1 body made of balsa. This serves as a demonstration piece and illustrates one of the early stages the balsa wood goes through in the process of being transformed into a Rapala lure.
