The Axion XG35 Compact employs a new approach to image optimization based on viewing goals and conditions, delivering high-quality rendering of both target objects and the background. The Axion features a compact, pocket-sized design and weighs under 280 grams, making it the best choice for those seeking a truly compact thermal imager. The device is easy to hold and operate for both right- and left-handed users, thanks to the symmetrical placement of buttons on the top panel.

The Axion XG35 Compact offers a 12.5x7.8° field of view that simplifies scanning and locating hot objects. The wide field of view allows the observer to quickly spot all hot objects and focus on the most interesting ones while keeping the entire scene in sight.

Axion is designed for continuous, often heavy use. Its magnesium alloy housing is both lightweight and durable. The casing reliably protects the internal components of the thermal imaging device from shocks, drops, moisture, heat, or cold. At the same time, the metal housing efficiently dissipates heat from the electronics, minimizes image noise, and enhances device performance during extended observation sessions.

The built-in Wi-Fi module connects the Axion to Android and iOS smartphones via the Stream Vision 2 mobile app. This opens up a wide range of options, including software updates, real-time streaming directly to your smartphone, sharing photo and video content captured by the device on social media, remote device control, and access to the latest news from Pulsar. Additionally, registered users receive 16 GB of cloud storage.

The integrated video recorder is an outstanding feature for capturing once-in-a-lifetime experiences. A single press of the REC button records footage that can easily be shared with colleagues, friends, and family. Captured images are stored in the device's internal 16 GB memory. A range of 8 color palettes allows optimization of the unit for specific tasks. White Hot, Black Hot, and Red Hot are ideal for object detection, Rainbow and Ultramarine improve chances of recognition and identification. Red Monochrome, Sepia, and Violet are best suited for long-term night observation.

The IPX7 protection rating makes the device water-resistant, safeguarding it against heavy rain, snow, or other precipitation. The unit is designed to operate flawlessly even after immersion in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
