The Savage Gear Psycho Sprat is a sinking metal jig designed for spinning and vertical jigging for predatory fish, especially in saltwater. Its compact, aerodynamic profile and concentrated weight allow for long casts and a fast sink through the water column. On a fast retrieve, the lure produces vibrations and side-to-side movement, while on the drop it darts unpredictably off its vertical path, imitating the behaviour of an injured baitfish.

The metal construction is complemented by a durable finish, realistic details and reflective surfaces that create flashes of light as the lure moves through the water. The Psycho Sardine colour pattern replicates the natural appearance of a sardine, with silvery tones and contrasting flashes. The jig is fitted with a corrosion-resistant, reinforced SGY 2X UAR treble hook and a Double Split Ring system, which gives the hook extra freedom of movement and helps reduce the risk of the fish coming unhooked during the fight.
