Preston Response System Whip Rod, 8.00m

The Response System Whip can be used in multiple ways. It was primarily designed for fishing in rivers or lakes as a fixed 8-meter rod, but it can also be used as a short-distance pole rig at the same time. The tip section can be cut and fitted with a PTFE bush, then equipped with elastic to further enhance the versatility of this rod.

The rod is extremely lightweight, weighing only 283g at full length, making it very easy to use, even in unpleasant weather conditions. The 3-piece kit is telescopic, and the other sections connect like a pole rig. This way, the rod can be used at various lengths without needing to re-tie the line. The Response System Whip rod comes with a solid tip segment and an additional 3-piece kit with a hollow tip designed for fitting with pole rig elastic. This provides two different options to cover a wide range of situations with the same rod.

  • Type: rod/pole rig;
  • Model: Preston Response System Whip;
  • Length: 8.00m;
  • Fixed rod of 8.00m length;
