The Hydrus XSC Active Pole is a range of telescopic poles developed for anglers seeking a balance of sensitivity, strength and control. The blank made from S.H.M.R. carbon (Super High Modulus Reinforced) offers an excellent combination of stiffness, responsiveness and durability, producing a pleasant progressive action and very good control during the drill. The tubular tip is extremely responsive, allowing the use of fine rigs and accurate casting of rigs weighing up to 15g.

The joints are reinforced with crossed carbon bands to increase torsional stiffness and overall blank stability. The handle’s non-slip finish ensures a secure grip even when wet, while the aluminium butt cap with rubber insert helps protect the sections from accidental impacts.
