The Shimano Stinger Butterfly Flat Light is a pilker designed for Light Jigging techniques, both for vertical jigging and for casting. The flat, asymmetric body produces an unpredictable action during the fall, imitating the movement of a wounded baitfish. Its compact profile allows a fast descent into the fish-active zone, while the immediate response to rod movement gives very good control over the lure.

The Flat Light model can be used with steady retrieves, short jerks or with the "lift & fall" technique, where the oscillating motion during the fall can trigger predator strikes. It comes factory-fitted with an Assist Hook and is recommended for saltwater fishing for pelagic and bottom species.
