The Penn International 80VISW Reel Silver multiplier is made in the USA using both domestic and imported components. The body and side plates are machined from high-strength, lightweight anodized aluminum of premium quality. The gearing is done through a stainless steel gear system for durability and speed, while the Dura-Drag system ensures smooth starts and virtually eliminates hesitation, even under extreme drag conditions. Equipped with the Quick-Shift II™ system for fast switching between two speeds, Versa-Strike for adjusting the drag stop point, and a dual-pawl anti-reverse system, this product provides line capacity rings. Manufactured in Philadelphia, this multiplier is the result of Penn’s extensive experience since 1932 in producing durable and high-quality reels.
