The Penn Conflict II features a lightweight design (the lightest spinning reel in Penn's portfolio), matte black paint, and smooth drag thanks to the HT-100 carbon system. The body and rotor are made from RR30 (Rigid Resin), a special rigid resin that makes them extremely light and durable. Inside, the Conflict II is powered by CNC-machined gears and high-quality stainless steel bearings. Thanks to the Superline spool and rubber gasket, backing is no longer needed as the line won’t slip.
