The Owner Kizuna X8 Broad PE is a next-generation multifilament line made 100% in Japan from the highest quality fibers, woven using a unique technology. The machines producing this line are developed and manufactured in Japan. The technology behind it is called ALB (Anti Loosen Braided) and creates a line that is more twisted than braided. Essentially, raw material strands are twisted and tensioned to produce Kizuna. The result is a unique multifilament known for its strength and suppleness. The line is braided from 8 raw strands until it gains the consistency and appearance of a twisted rope. Normally, according to existing technologies, these were braided in the same direction or rotation. But the ALB technology mixes different directions and rotations to achieve an exceptionally strong texture.
