Kuusamo spinning spoons are made from a metal alloy that provides increased resistance to mechanical stress, equipped with very sharp trebles and high-quality stainless steel rings. The body has a compact, slightly concave shape with excellent aerodynamics, allowing casts to considerable distances. During retrieves, the spoons produce a very strong vibration in the water, which triggers the interest of targeted fish.

Professional anglers’ advice for all Rasanen lure fans: try irregular retrieval. Start retrieving slowly, then stop after a short time. Next, continue retrieving a bit faster and stop the lure again after five or six turns of the reel handle. After the stop, return to slow retrieval. The spoon will produce a "zigzag" action that attracts pike, and surprisingly often, the fish strikes immediately when retrieval is paused.
