The Opinel Nr.08 Trekking Knife is a pocket knife specially designed for outdoor activities. It is a knife with a total length of 19.3cm weighing only 50g. At the end of the handle, it features a leather cord for hanging in various places. The blade is made from modified Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with high corrosion resistance due to the addition of chromium, and it has undergone a special heat treatment, resulting in a hardness of 57-58HRC.

The ergonomic handle is made from beech wood, resistant to moisture and extreme temperatures (between -40 and +80 degrees C), slightly widened at the end, which makes holding the knife comfortable and prevents slipping during use. It is equipped with a Virobloc locking system - this locks the blade in either the open or closed position, making it easy and safe to store and transport.
