The Opinel Nr.08 Trekking Knife is a pocket knife specially designed for outdoor activities. It has a total length of 19.3cm and weighs only 50g. At the end of the handle, there is a leather cord that allows it to be attached in various places. The blade is made from stainless steel and modified Sandvik 12C27, which offers high corrosion resistance due to the addition of chromium, and it has undergone a special heat treatment, resulting in a hardness of 57-58HRC.

The ergonomic handle is made from beech wood, resistant to moisture and extreme temperatures (between -40 and +80 degrees C), slightly widened at the end to provide a comfortable grip and prevent slipping during use. It is equipped with a Virobloc locking system - this locks the blade in either the open or closed position, making it easy and safe to store and carry.
