The Powerliner Baitfeeder Pro is a reel with an integrated baitrunner system and a longcast aluminum spool, specially designed for carp fishing. It is equipped with 4 (BB) ball bearings and one roller bearing (RB), all made of stainless steel, allowing smooth and silent operation without interruptions, both during rig retrieval and the fight. The sealed body is made entirely of corrosion-resistant graphite, effectively protecting the internal mechanisms and parts against water and dirt ingress.

It features an ON / OFF system for the free-spool (baitrunner) mechanism that allows anglers to disengage the spool, enabling the hook bait to run freely. The baitrunner is essentially a special brake positioned at the back of the reel body that permits the fish to take line once hooked. The baitrunner has two controls: a lever that manually activates or deactivates this brake and a dial through which the angler adjusts the force or resistance applied to the fish when it takes the line.

The 30mm travel of the anodized aluminum long cast spool facilitates long-distance casts. The round clip on the long cast spool is particularly useful when the baiting area needs to be reached precisely. The encapsulated multi-disc drag system (steel discs + felt discs) ensures perfect control during the fight, even with the most hard-fighting fish. The drag can be considered a "fast" type: from tight to free, the knob can be turned only half a turn.

The Even Flow Roller System features an oversized roller (EFR II) that allows the line to run straighter and tighter, significantly reducing friction during casts. The RESII computer-balanced rotor system precisely balances and eliminates all spool oscillations for perfect alignment and smooth handling) as well as the Quick-Set Anti-Reverse system (roller bearing allowing rotor rotation in only one direction) complete the technical features of the reel. The Multi-Stop Anti Reverse system enhances the safety and reliability of the reel even in the harshest fishing conditions.

The matte black finish of the spool and external parts gives the reel a sleek and modern look. The CNC machined zinc handle is equipped with a T-shaped knob button, finished from a single piece of TPE. The reel is sold together with a spare graphite spool.

NOTE: The outer diameter of the size 6000 and 8000 spools measures 70.80mm, the only difference being the line storage area (the size 8000 spool is much larger than the size 6000). It should also be noted that both the size 6000 and 8000 reels have the same body weight (and implicitly the same body dimensions), respectively 553g. The main spool of the reels weighs 104g (drag knob weighs 16g), and the graphite spare spools are identical in shape and capacity to the original aluminum ones.
