The NEBO Torchy UV is a compact ultraviolet flashlight designed to detect, inspect and identify fluorescent substances and materials. Dual UV-A technology reveals details that are difficult to see with the naked eye, making it suitable for technical inspections, cleanliness checks, leak detection and banknote authentication.

Dual UV-A technology uses two 395nm LEDs and one 365nm LED, combining two ultraviolet light spectrums to improve the visibility of fluorescent substances. This combination makes it easier to identify stains and residue on different surfaces, making the flashlight useful for both domestic and professional applications.

The flashlight can be used to detect pet urine, identify leaks in automotive systems when UV fluorescent dyes are used, inspect cleaned surfaces, detect certain pests such as scorpions, and check fluorescent security features on banknotes.

The flashlight has two light modes, High and Low, allowing you to adjust the intensity to suit the application. High mode provides up to 2.50 hours of runtime, while Low mode provides up to 8 hours of runtime. Select the mode using the side-mounted ON/OFF button.

The aircraft-grade anodized aluminium body offers impact and wear resistance, while the IPX4 rating protects against water splashes. Its compact design makes it easy to carry in a pocket or tackle bag, and the included lanyard makes it easier to handle and carry.

Powered by 3 AAA batteries, included in the package. To replace the batteries, unscrew the base of the flashlight to access the battery compartment.
