NEBO Galileo Air 500 Folding LED Lantern, 500 Lumens

NEBO Galileo Air 500 Collapsible LED Lantern, 500 Lumens

The NEBO Galileo Air 500 is a collapsible LED lantern designed for fishing, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities, as well as illuminating spaces during emergencies. With a maximum output of 500 lumens and a beam distance of up to 14m, it provides 360° illumination across 6 operating modes, all in a compact design that’s easy to carry and store.

The main advantage of the Galileo Air 500 is its flexible, collapsible body, which significantly reduces its size when the lantern is not in use. The folding design makes it easy to pack in luggage, backpacks or compartments with limited space, while the expanded shape distributes light evenly around the lantern.

Smart Power Control (SPC) technology provides smooth transitions between lighting modes for comfortable control of brightness. The lantern has 6 operating modes, including white light at three brightness levels, flashing white light and two red-light modes. High mode delivers 500 lumens, while Low mode provides up to 15 hours of runtime.

The Direct-to-Red function lets you switch directly to red light by pressing and holding the power button while the lantern is off. Red light helps preserve your night vision, while Strobe and Red Strobe modes can be used for signalling. The lantern is operated using the front-mounted buttons for power and mode selection.

The durable ABS plastic body provides long-lasting performance and wear resistance, while the IPX4 rating protects against water splashes, making the lantern suitable for damp conditions and light rain. It is also dust-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor use.

The carabiner-style carry handle and foldable hook let you hang the lantern inside a tent, from a branch or on other supports. It runs on 3 AA batteries, included in the package, making it a practical choice for use in areas without access to electricity.
