The Grippa lost lead rig is made from premium competition-tested materials, recommended for carp fishing in challenging spots with areas rich in snags or submerged vegetation. Due to the shape of the lead, this rig is especially used for planted fishing but can also be used for mid-range hand fishing.

If during the fight the lead gets stuck in a submerged structure, it will detach from the clip and release the main line without losing the fish (the weight of the lead applies constant pressure on the fish’s lip, so the hook may come free during the fight. If the lead has already been lost, the risk of losing the fish is much lower). It is a versatile rig, thanks to the clip that allows us to instantly change the weight, shape, or color of the lead depending on the needs.

The leadcore line used for the main line is Gardner Plummet (45lbs) and is 60cm long, while the braided hooklink (20cm) uses the braided line PB Jelly Wire Gravel (15lbs). The hooks on the rig are Hayabusa K1 sizes 6 and 8, with an adjustable 4cm "hair rig" length using the guide varnish on the hook shank. This rig can be used with 20mm boilies, wafters, pop-ups, or floating corn kernels.

The Grippa lead used weighs 110g and is coated with an electrostatic paint film, resistant to scratches, strong impacts, water action, and substrate oxides. Thanks to the pear shape and the protrusions on the base, it adheres very well to the bottom, reducing the chance of the rig being pulled from the baited area. The size 4 swivel fits perfectly in the "lost lead" system. Leads up to 130g can be used without the plastic locking system of the lost lead rig failing during casting.
