The Minn Kota Riptide Terrova 55 WR is a bow-mount electric motor designed for use in salt and brackish water. The motor delivers 55lbs of thrust, runs on 12V and features a 152cm composite shaft.

The advanced GPS navigation system allows precise control of the boat's position and movement. The Spot-Lock feature automatically holds the boat at a set location, and Spot-Lock with Jog enables incremental position adjustments. The system also supports route recording and control of speed and heading.

Drift Mode provides simultaneous control of speed and heading to maintain a controlled drift in wind and current. The motor can be controlled via the included wireless remote, and One-Boat Network compatibility allows integration with Humminbird equipment.

The Terrova mounting system makes raising and lowering the motor easy, and Auto Park automatically positions the lower unit for stow. Electric steering and continuously variable speed allow quick adjustments while fishing.

The Riptide construction is specifically developed for the marine environment and features advanced corrosion protection. Digital Maximizer technology manages power consumption according to power level used, helping to optimize battery runtime.

This WR variant is supplied with a wireless remote and does not include an integrated sonar transducer or foot pedal; the sonar system can be configured separately depending on the equipment installed on the boat.
