The Minn Kota PowerDrive 70 MR is a bow-mount electric motor designed for freshwater fishing. The motor delivers 70lbs of thrust, runs on 24V and features a 137cm composite shaft.

The Advanced GPS Navigation system enables position and movement control of the boat. The Spot-Lock feature holds the boat automatically at a GPS-set location, while AutoPilot helps maintain course during fishing.

The MR variant is equipped with Micro Remote, a compact remote control for operating the motor’s main functions. It allows control of direction, speed and GPS navigation functions without using a foot pedal.

The motor features electric steering and continuously variable speed control. The PowerDrive mounting system allows raising and lowering the motor between the deployed and stowed positions.

Digital Maximizer technology manages power consumption according to the power level used, helping to optimize battery runtime. The integrated battery meter allows quick checking of available power.

This configuration does not include an integrated sonar transducer. To use sonar functions, a compatible transducer can be installed separately for the boat’s sonar system.
