The Feeder mix contains a multitude of carefully selected and ground pellets and seeds. Thanks to this process, the nutritious oils remain intact and are incorporated into the final mix. However, for cold water, the oil level must be reduced and the protein level increased. That’s why the Feeder Mix Worms & Grubs has been modified specifically to work and break down properly in cold waters. Thus, the natural aromas emitted by both the protein and cereal ingredients will disperse throughout the bait mass and can send feeding signals to the fish. For extra attractiveness, we recommend following the preparation method below and using the liquid additives specially designed for cold water.

Preparation method:

Preparation: moisten in two stages. The first moistening involves adding 300 ml of liquid (water or water-additive) per 1kg of bait, followed 20 minutes later by a second moistening with 150 ml of liquid (water or water-additive). Each stage requires 2-3 minutes of manual mixing or 1 minute with a machine.

Tips & tricks: Before actual use, whether for a baiting spoon or method feeder, the bait can be sieved; this aeration of the bait leads to excellent mechanics on the substrate. To keep fish on the baited spot, it is recommended to add micro pellets after sieving, which can be used either moist or semi-dry by spraying with the appropriate additive from the MG Cold Water range.
