Description caret-down

Mercury 4 Stroke V8 Outboard Motor, 250HP CXL EFI DTS

The Mercury FourStroke V8 engines with 250 and 300 horsepower combine modern technology with the power and reliability needed for top performance on the water. Built on a 4.6-liter V8 platform, this engine delivers quick acceleration, ample torque, and precise response regardless of load or speed.

The advanced design includes an optimized intake system for performance, featuring Advanced Range Optimization with dual active intake, and a state-of-the-art electronic control system (SmartCraft), which optimizes fuel consumption and enhances the boating experience. The engine benefits from Adaptive Speed Control technology, maintaining a constant RPM even in challenging conditions without frequent throttle adjustments.

The engine housing is designed to reduce noise and vibrations, providing smooth and quiet operation. The thermostat cooling system, multi-point electronic fuel injection, and high-capacity alternator ensure reliability and high efficiency in all usage conditions.

Mercury FourStroke V8 engines are available in various shaft length configurations and digital throttle and shift (DTS) control systems, perfectly adapting to a wide range of boats, from sporty models to fishing or cruising boats.

The standard color is Phantom Black, offering an elegant aesthetic and added protection against environmental factors.

NOTE: Free installation is provided for Mercury engines through the partner American Nautics in Ilfov and Tulcea counties upon presenting the purchase receipt or invoice from the authorized dealer.
