Mepps Comet Spinner Nr.00, Silver Color, 1.5g

The Mepps Comet is a spinner specially designed for fishing small and medium-sized predators such as chub, trout, or perch. The brass swivel positioned between the blade and the spinner body allows it to spin aggressively when retrieved, regardless of speed. The blade has a 45° rotation angle and continuously adapts to current resistance, maintaining vibration levels even during very slow retrieves.

The spinner is best used in flowing waters where currents are interrupted by stones. The "will o' the wisp" action is also an excellent quality in still waters, where it can mimic a fish wounded in its last moments. The general rule is to use smaller sizes to catch smaller fish and larger spinners to catch bigger fish.

NOTE: The spinner is sold in a plastic blister pack for maximum protection during transport.
