Mepps Comet Nr.2 Spinning Blade, Silver Color, 4.5g

The Mepps Comet is a spinner specially designed for fishing small and medium-sized predators such as chub, trout, or perch. The brass pivot positioned between the blade and the spoon’s body allows it to spin aggressively when retrieved, regardless of speed. The blade features a 45° rotation angle and continuously adapts to current resistance, maintaining vibration levels even at very slow retrieves.

This spinner is best used in running waters where currents are interrupted by stones. Its blades operate close to or away from the central axis. The "will o' the wisp" action is also excellent in still waters, where it can imitate a wounded fish in its last moments. The general rule is to use smaller sizes for smaller fish and larger spinners for bigger fish.

NOTE: The spinner is sold in a plastic blister for maximum protection during transport.
