Humminbird Mega Live 2 Forward-Facing Sonar

MEGA LIVE 2 transducer with clamp mount for pipes

Humminbird expands the performance range of the well-known MEGA Imaging with the launch of MEGA Live 2 Imaging™. This new technology brings the clarity and detail of MEGA Imaging to a live system, allowing anglers to see fish and structure in real time — even fish following or striking lures. With this launch, anglers gain access to the full suite of the brand's top technologies.

MEGA Live 2 Imaging delivers sonar images compatible with Humminbird units and with next‑generation transducers designed to mount on the shafts of electric motors. That allows quick deployment on the water and easy control of live sonar images. The MEGA Live 2 Imaging transducer includes a clamp that can be adjusted to multiple positions, providing three viewing modes for different fishing techniques and applications.

In all three viewing modes, MEGA Live 2 Imaging delivers exceptionally clear images. In addition, an optimized sonar cone provides a wide field of view so both fish and lures are easy to track. Whatever the fishing scenario, the versatility and performance of MEGA Live 2 Imaging let you see and catch fish in real time on your Humminbird display.

The MEGA Live 2 Imaging transducer comes with a range of useful, necessary accessories for mounting on an electric motor, including a 6m Ethernet cable, a 3m power cable and mounting brackets.

MEGA Live 2 Imaging is compatible with Humminbird Apex, Solix, and Helix units via an Ethernet cable and does not require an external module, leaving more space for gear on the boat. This Ethernet connection also allows anglers to connect additional sources to the same display, such as MEGA 360 Imaging or MEGA Imaging transducers mounted on Minn Kota motors.

The MEGA Live 2 Imaging transducer is compatible with all Apex and Solix models, as well as Helix G3N/G4N models equipped with MEGA Imaging. For optimal performance, Humminbird recommends using the MEGA Live 2 Imaging transducer together with the Minn Kota Ultrex electric motor.
