In creating the Optimum line, MAP specialists collaborated with the world-renowned line manufacturer Maxima to produce a line using the latest technologies. As you would expect from Maxima, the line is tough, made from co-polyamide (an extremely heat-resistant and durable plastic) designed to withstand the most demanding conditions, which was among the top priorities. It is well known that most anglers target larger fish regardless of the season, and having a strong line not only allows you to maintain pressure on big fish but also ensures safe fishing over multiple sessions.

Optimum is ideal for feeder fishing, featuring a carefully selected grey color to suit a wide variety of water conditions. One of the key attributes of the Optimum line is its reduced diameter relative to its breaking strength, a feature often overlooked. Optimum is approximately 25% stronger than other lines of the same diameter, making a noticeable difference in reaching impressive distances. The MAP expert team tested this line extensively over 12 months, resulting in many competition wins, standing out for its toughness and suppleness, which prevent "memory" and unwanted tangles.
