Lew's Custom Lite Shallow Spool is engineered for finesse fishing with light lures, delivering long casting distance and precise control. Built for anglers using small crankbaits, light topwaters or lightweight softbaits, the reel uses the QuietCast Adjustable Centrifugal Braking system and an optimized spool rotation design to achieve long, stable casts with small lures.

The one-piece ultra-light Tanso Tech frame and duralumin spool enhance sensitivity, allowing detection of subtle vibrations and light bites. The reel is equipped with Speed Gears aluminum alloy gears, P2 Super Pinion system, C45 carbon side plates and 11 double-shielded stainless steel bearings, providing smooth operation and high stability.

The 30mm ultra-shallow spool requires minimal inertia to spin, making it easier to cast very light lures. The Speed Knot system allows quick line attachment and tucks the knot into the base of the spool for a smooth line release. The reel is specifically designed for finesse applications such as small crankbaits, light swimbaits, drop-shot, Ned rigs or small poppers.
