Korda Textured Square Pear Swivel Lead

Korda Textured Square Pear Swivel Lead

The Korda Textured Square Pear Swivel is a carp fishing lead with a compact pear shape, flattened sides and a textured camouflage coating. Its design concentrates the weight in a short body, so the fish quickly encounters the lead’s resistance as the hooklink tightens, helping to improve the effectiveness of the bolt rig action.

The Square Pear shape combines the benefits of concentrated weight distribution with stability on the lakebed. The flat sides reduce rolling, including on sloping surfaces, while the tapered rear profile helps reduce the risk of the hooklink tangling during the cast. Its compact construction transfers the lead’s resistance to the hook quickly, without requiring the lead to move a long distance.

The textured camouflage coating has a matt finish designed to reduce light reflection and help the lead blend into the underwater environment. The surface texture can hold fine sediment particles, helping to disguise the lead’s outline on the lakebed and keep the rig presentation discreet.

The swivel attachment system allows the lead to be connected to a range of carp rigs, including those fitted with a lead clip. It is suitable for fishing lakes, reservoirs and rivers, especially when rig stability and effective bolt rig action are important considerations.

The Textured Square Pear Swivel combines the compact shape of the Square Pear range with the benefits of a textured coating, delivering a design focused on stability, reducing hooklink tangles and camouflaging the lead on the lakebed.
