The inline rig, more commonly called "in-line", is one of the most used rigs for carp fishing. The inline rig is considered by specialists to be the rig that provides the most effective self-hooking, this quality being due to the way the hooklink is attached, which is inserted directly into the head of the lead. Thus, when the bait is sucked in the hooklink becomes taut and at the slightest movement of the fish the lead will pull sharply, producing that self-hooking effect. At the same time, the inline rig performs very well on long casts, and as is well known the most effective rigs are the simplest ones.

The leads are coated with an electrostatic paint film, resistant to scratches, heavy impacts, the action of water or oxides in the substrate.
