Korda Longshank Beaked Hooks, Barbless, 10 pcs/pack

Hooks Korda Longshank Beaked, Barbless, 10pcs/pack

The Korda Longshank Barbless is the modernized evolution of the famous Longshank X, a model originally inspired by fly hooks, prized for their aggressive profile and excellent hooking ability. After two decades of underwater testing and observation, Dan Fairbrass refined this design with two essential changes that significantly boost its effectiveness. The first improvement is the beaked point, which in practical tests provided much more secure hookups and a superior ratio of hooked to netted fish. The second major change is the eye turned to 40°, compared with 20° on the original version, allowing the hook to instantly rotate in the carp's mouth and produce firm, consistent hookups.
