The Klor is a ringed hook designed and created by Danny Fairbrass for power fishing carp and tench, both in UK waters and across Europe. It is incredibly strong with a fast rotation, suitable for use with a wide variety of rigs including the Combi Rig and Spinner. The Klor has a very aggressive shape (even more aggressive than the Kurv Shank model), with the point aligned with the ring, causing it to turn quickly and hook firmly in the fish’s mouth.

The barb (resembling a claw) is long, extremely sharp, and slightly turned inward, which prevents it from being absorbed by crayfish or small fish on the bottom, especially when fishing in rough or gravelly areas. The wire is thick, resulting in a very strong hook that can be used in weed or submerged obstacle areas, even when using braided line, without fear of bending.
