Korda COG Flat Distance Lead

The Korda COG Flat Distance is a lead designed for the COG (Centre Of Gravity) system, optimised to instantly transfer the weight of the lead when picked up by a carp. The flat-profile design with the centre of gravity positioned centrally allows the lead to be taken directly at the most efficient point, improving hook-up mechanics compared to classic swivel or inline leads.

The lead includes a hole positioned in the optimal location, fitted with a plastic sleeve to accept a size 8 swivel. For correct operation and rig safety, the lead must be used with the dedicated COG system, which contains leadcore of calibrated length for each weight, Lead Clip, Tail Rubber and Kwik Link for attaching the hooklink.

The Flat Distance version is designed for long casts, featuring an aerodynamic shape and increased stability in flight. The flat surface helps keep the lead on slopes or inclined substrates, reducing the tendency to roll.
