The Korda COG Boom QC Flat Pear is a rig specially designed for carp fishing, for use with Korda COG Flat Pear leads and Lead Clip systems. It is part of the Centre of Gravity (COG) system, developed to transfer the weight of the lead quickly to the hook when a fish takes the bait, helping ensure an effective hook hold.
The rig is made from braided leadcore, with a special swivel at one end that fits into the centre of the COG lead, and a swivel at the other end for connecting to the Lead Clip system. The QC version features a size 11 Quick Change Swivel and an Anti-Tangle Sleeve, allowing you to change rigs quickly and reducing the risk of tangles while fishing.

The Korda COG Boom QC Flat Pear is especially recommended for fishing at a distance, allowing you to attach the rig after positioning the setup in the desired spot. The range is available in three versions, compatible with 3-3.5oz, 4-5oz and 6-8oz COG Flat Pear leads, each sized for use with the corresponding lead weight.
