The Shimano Aero Pro Keepnet is designed for stillwater and competitive fishing, built to handle heavy catches and intensive use. Its robust construction, quality materials and focus on fish protection make it ideal for matches as well as sessions on lakes or fast-flowing rivers.

The rectangular rings are made from extruded anodized aluminum, far more resistant to deformation than plastic alternatives. The three lower rings are fitted to the outside of the net to reduce material rubbing at the corners, significantly extending the keepnet’s service life, especially in carp fishing or on flowing waters.

The top ring is fitted with a polycarbonate (ABS) mounting block featuring a multi-position threaded locking system, allowing the keepnet to be set at the optimal angle for any fishing situation.

The very fine, soft mesh is fish-friendly, reducing the risk of injury and limiting snagging or tearing of the material in tough conditions such as rocky banks or strong currents. Additional stitching in high-stress areas increases wear resistance, and the loop at the base allows the keepnet to be secured with a peg or an extra weight for stability in the current.
