Fudo jigs, specially designed for rigging silicone lures. The main features of Fudo hooks are their optimal shape for hooking efficiency, extreme sharpness that lasts throughout the fishing session, high elasticity that allows them to resist deformation, and total corrosion resistance.

The production process benefits from several patents in metallurgy and manufacturing techniques. These calibrated wire materials are produced exclusively for the Fudo factory. There are two different sharpening methods, mechanical and chemical. During the process, the sharpness level is monitored online, resulting in a perfectly sharpened hook.

Hardening is done in special computer-assisted ovens, with temperature control accurate to 0.01 degrees Celsius, and the treatment time adjusted with a precision of 0.001 seconds. Consequently, Fudo hooks are perfectly crafted, offering excellent strength and elasticity.
