The Simms Challenger Men's Jacket is a waterproof, breathable fishing jacket made from a stretch, 3-layer construction, designed for protection in rain, wind and high-speed boat use. The nylon-spandex fabric with C0 DWR treatment provides water resistance and freedom of movement, while the cut allows for layering and comfort during extended wear.

The hood is three-way adjustable and features a brim to maintain peripheral visibility. An internal adjustment system keeps drawcords concealed to prevent flapping in the wind. Cuffs are Velcro-adjustable to block water intrusion while casting. The jacket includes exterior and interior pockets with YKK zippers, a YKK front zipper with an integrated collar for wind protection, and fully sealed seams for watertightness. A kill-switch attachment point is integrated under the right hem.

Simms' proprietary fabric uses Toray Delfy two-layer technology, waterproof and breathable, with a 10000mm water column, providing effective protection from wind and rain.
