Humminbird expands the performance range of the well-known MEGA Imaging by launching MEGA Live Imaging™. This new technology delivers the clarity and detail of MEGA Imaging in a live system, allowing anglers to see fish and structures in real-time, even fish following or attacking lures. With the launch of this technology, anglers have access to the full package of top-tier technologies provided by a single brand.

MEGA Live Imaging provides sonar images compatible with Humminbird sonars and the latest generation transducers designed to be mounted on the shafts of electric motors. This means the unit can be quickly launched and live sonar images easily controlled. The MEGA Live Imaging transducer comes with a clamp that can be adjusted to several positions, offering three types of views for different fishing techniques and applications.

Types of views:

• Down Mode: Live images seen directly below the transducer;
• Forward Mode: Live images seen in front of the transducer;
• Landscape Mode: Live images seen at a wide angle around the boat.

In all three view types, MEGA Live Imaging offers images of exceptional clarity. Additionally, an optimized sonar cone provides a wide viewing area, making it easy to track both fish and lure. Regardless of the fishing scenario, the versatility and performance of MEGA Live Imaging enable anglers to see and catch fish in real-time on the Humminbird display.

The MEGA Live Imaging transducer comes with a set of useful and necessary accessories for mounting on an electric motor, including a 6m Ethernet cable, a 3m power cable, and mounting brackets.

MEGA Live Imaging is compatible with Humminbird Apex, Solix, and Helix units via an Ethernet cable and does not require an external module, leaving more space for gear in the boat. This Ethernet connection also allows anglers to connect additional sources to the same display, such as MEGA 360 Imaging or MEGA Imaging transducers mounted on Minn Kota motors.

The MEGA Live Imaging transducer is compatible with all Apex and Solix models, as well as Helix G3N/G4N models equipped with MEGA Imaging. For optimal performance, Humminbird recommends using the MEGA Live Imaging transducer together with the Minn Kota Ultrex electric motor.
