Simms was founded in 1980 by visionary angler and longtime guide John Simms. After spending decades providing clients with life-changing experiences on the most majestic rivers in the world, John realized that the waterproof gear available at the time didn’t meet the needs to keep top anglers dry, comfortable, and safe on the water. So, he set out to create products worthy of a new generation of anglers who, like him, wanted to get on the water earlier and stay out longer in any weather.

The Simms ExStream Pull Over Hoody is a hoodie/jacket designed to be worn under a bib or waders if needed. The ExStream Pull Over Hoody serves as a mid-layer for cold fishing days, and thanks to the special PrimaLoft insulation, it provides the necessary warmth for high comfort. The stretch fabric maximizes mobility and range of motion for casting. The hoody features a kangaroo-style handwarmer pocket and a chest pocket for storing essential accessories. The cuffs are equipped with thumb loops to retain warmth, especially around the hands.

Fabric Technologies:

• Upper body and sleeves – Toray(R) pre-knit stretch fabric – 30D 91% polyester, 9% spandex with durable water-repellent finish.
• Lower body – 240 g/m2 47% nylon, 36% polyester, 17% spandex, hard-face fleece with anti-pilling and durable water-repellent finish.
• Insulation: PrimaLoft(R) Silver Thermoplume with Cross Core(TM) technology – 200 g fill throughout.
