The HMKL Zagger 65B1 is a brand-new wobbler with a completely new concept that is unlike ordinary wobblers. The Zagger is a so-called bottom-hitting type. In practical terms, this means you can consistently touch the bottom of the water with this lure. The tungsten weight on the diving lip ensures the lure sinks quickly, allowing the angler to pull the lure effectively. The wobbler can also be reeled in normally or animated with a rod to make it dart erratically. This type of lure is a hybrid between a classic wobbler and rubber jigging. Using tungsten in the weight on the diving lip provides extremely good bottom detection. Tungsten is also significantly smaller than lead for the same weight and is non-toxic.

This weight also ensures the lure is permanently positioned at a 45° angle. Besides delivering excellent bite results, this reduces the risk of snagging, as the hooks are lifted off the bottom. In the production of wobblers, pearl effect paints or so-called “Mylar Blades,” i.e., holographic reflective foils, are often used.
