Guru A-Class Power Margin Pole 550, 5.5m

Guru A-Class Power Margin 550 Pole, 5.5m

The Guru A-Class Power Margin 550 is a pole designed for fishing for carp and other large fish, especially close to the bank, islands and areas with underwater obstacles. Part of the A-Class range, it combines a robust construction with a powerful, responsive action. It is designed for use with heavy-duty elastics and gives you control over fish during the fight.

The pole is made from ZERO400 Tensile Carbon, a material that offers high strength while balancing stiffness and manoeuvrability. The Guru Performance Point Alignment system lets you align the reference points on the sections, optimising the carbon structure’s orientation to increase stiffness and improve the pole’s performance in use.

The rear sections feature a Super Glide Paint Finish for smoother shipping and handling, while the thinner sections have a Friction Free Matt Tape Finish to reduce friction and improve control, even in damp conditions. The construction includes carbon-reinforced areas for fitting side-puller systems, as well as PTFE internal bushes made in the UK.

The pole comes with a 5.8mm Guru Generic Carp Power Kit, designed for use with heavy-duty elastics. True Extension construction allows the pole to reach its nominal length of 5.5m while helping maintain its balance and handling characteristics. The sections are supplied in transparent PVC tubes with orange Guru end caps.
