Fuji Alconite BCMNAT Tip Ring, Dark Grey, 8mm

The MN series tip rings are available in sizes from ring 5 up to 16, making them ideal for any application where extra holding power is beneficial. The unique "tang" design provides an additional measure of security, allowing a wrapping to effectively help keep the tip in place rather than being purely decorative. The long frame arms add tangle protection, and the high entry on the ring enhances the overall strength of the design. The durable Alconite insert has a smooth finish to allow good line flow and is suitable for braided or nylon lines. Alconite is a guide material based on aluminum oxide. It offers exceptional smoothness and durability but at a lower cost than silicon carbide. Fuji Alconite rings have been developed to be lighter than SIC, Hardloy, or aluminum oxide. The surface is extremely smooth.
