The tip rings from the MN series are available in sizes ranging from ring 5 to 16, making them ideal for any application where extra holding power is beneficial. The unique "tang" design provides an added safety measure, allowing a wrap to effectively help keep the tip in place rather than being purely decorative. The long braces of the ring frame add protection against tangles, and a high entry on the ring increases resistance in the overall design. The durable Alconite insert features a smooth finish to allow good line flow and is suitable for braided or nylon lines. Alconite is a guide material based on aluminum oxide. It offers exceptional smoothness and durability but at a lower cost than silicon carbide. Fuji Alconite rings are designed to be lighter than SIC, Hardloy, or aluminum oxide. The surface is extremely smooth.
